4. Pay for your Wig
5. Allow for Processing Time to take place
6. A picture of your custom crown will be sent to you via TEXT & EMAIL for your approval
7. Your Wig will be ready for Pick Up or to be Shipped.
Sezzle is a payment plan set up for your order from our site. You ONLY pay 25% down on your order to start processing and shipping. The remainder amount will be paid over 6 weeks with no interest fee
Current turnaround time for Wigs made with hair you are providing is 5-7 business day (Begins when we have received your hair).
For Wigs made with Virgin Hair is 7 - 10 business days.
For Wigs made with Raw Indian Hair or Indonesian Hair is 12 – 21 business days (Excludes weekends and holidays)
For Wigs made with Virgin Hair is 7 - 10 business days.

Hair cannot be mixed, you must provide hair that is all the same texture in order to have a flawless wig!

Removable traditional sew in to go! You are able to take some of your own hair through the U - shaped opening at the top of wig then blend and style. The U - shape can be as wide or narrow as you like. Some edges can also be left out to give a more natural look. Can be secured with clips or sewn down. No need for a Closure or Frontal however 3 - 4 bundles are required. Constructed by using a
sewing machine.
Lace Closure wigs are our favorite and are also recommended for wig beginners. These wigs are made with a Lace Closure, that will be parted in and direction with in the closure. Installing this wig takes 10 seconds to put on. Constructed by using a sewing machine, an elastic band can be added for additional security. Does not require glue, can be removed nightly. Require 1 closure and 2- 4 bundles depending on length of bundles.
These units are constructed with a lace frontal they extend from ear - to - ear to give you the ultimate real scalp appearance, there are endless amounts of styles you can achieve with this unit (tape, glue or Got2be Glue are required for this unit these wigs are made on a Sewing Machine. Require 1 frontal and 2 - 4 bundles depending on length of bundles.

DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING INSTALLS
Location for Installs is in Toronto, Canada. Wig Installs includes a braid down, moisturizing of hair, cutting excess lace, installation of wig, tips on maintenance and caring for your wig.
Install is typically 1hr and 45 mins.
Lace Frontal and Full Lace wigs are installed with Bold Hold Lace Cream.
Please choose Pick Up Option during checkout so you won’t be charged for shipping.
LATE FEE: More than 15 mins late is $20. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 30 mins late for your appointment. A fee of $20 will be pending when you are rescheduling.

We are not responsible for units not fitting properly due to the selecting of an incorrect cap size at the time of ordering. Please refer to the measuring chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size wig.
